Upon order and payment, the customer receives at his e-mail address (indicated in the order process):
- confirmation of the purchase including the list of selected products
- product preparation times
- the tracking related to the shipment of your order through which you can check on the site of the courier/carrier used, or through the call-center of the same, the shipping status of your order.
16METERSQUADS will keep the customer informed of any changes in production and delivery times while remaining available for any information.

Customers with VAT numbers can request electronic invoice at the time of purchase.
Purchases made on this site are safe and
guaranteed and can be carried out in the following
mode:
- Credit Card Payment
- Payment by Bank Transfer in Advance
- Paypal payment
- Payment with Satispay
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of the credit from
part of the bank.
Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of order.
Past this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

In cases of purchase of goods by credit card payment method, (concurrently with the conclusion of the order transaction) the relevant banking institution will authorize the charging of the amount related to the purchase made.
In the event of cancellation of the order either by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance of the contract d by 16METRIQUADRI will be requested by 16METRIQUADRI the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the amount committed.
The timing of release depends solely on the banking system.
Once the cancellation of the transaction has been made 16METRIQUADRI can under no circumstances be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system.
16METRIQUADRI reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the card used.
In case the customer does not provide such information and/or copies 16METRIQUADRI reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract.
At no time during the credit card purchase process is 16METRIQUADRI able to know personal information
related to the holder of the same since the information is transmitted directly to the site of the banking institution handling the transaction, a secure site.
By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment.
Your financial information will not be shared with 16METERSQUARES but will be handled directly by PayPal.
If the order is cancelled or not accepted by 16METRIQUADRI, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
16METRIQUADRI will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during reimbursement.
The customer who selects this option will receive payment request via cell phone during business hours Monday through Saturday.
Once the transaction is completed, the sale will be considered successful and you will receive an email with the delivery time.
The freight cost will be calculated by the system according to the weight of the ordered items and the country of destination.
Extra EU shipping cost does not include import taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery times for ordered goods vary depending on the order placed by the customer (e.g., whether the good is immediately available) and the delivery method chosen by the customer.
Production time is given for each product if the product is not available immediately.
The times given for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding on 16METRIQUADRI.
Here is the calculation we apply:
Availability + Transportation Time = Total Delivery Time 16METRIQUADRI uses contracted couriers/carriers that offer the best service/cost ratio for the destination involved:
this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and cost of the same.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer shall immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the words "RESERVE OF
MERCHANDISE CONTROL FOR .... - (Give reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who operated the shipment.
In the event that the order shipment is returned to 16METRIQUADRI by the courier/carrier due to the wrong address provided by the customer, or due to finished storage in the warehouses of the courier/carrier, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon prepayment of the same through a link that will be provided to the customer at the time, or in
alternative by wire transfer or even PayPal.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at set times or days.
It is possible to track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer's e-mail once the shipment has departed, and which contains information on the carrier used, the shipment code, and instructions on how to track your shipment.
Recipient's failure to pick up
In the event that the consignee fails to collect the goods, 16METRIQUADRI is in no way responsible.
In this case, the product will be destroyed (for shipments outside the Italian territory) or returned to the sender.
If returned to sender, 16METRIQUADRI will refund the order by removing all shipping and collection charges via Bank Transfer within 15 days of receipt of goods.
All additional expenses will be charged to the recipient in case of
- warehouse
- change of recipient address
- return which must be paid in advance to 16METERSQUARES (Bank Transfer).
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract/order made on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, subject to the following conditions.
The right of withdrawal lapses:
- For lack of the essential integrity condition of the good (packaging and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables
- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product
- Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation
In the above cases, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below.
The Communication should contain:
- The manifestation of willingness to avail oneself of the benefit granted
- An indication of the product(s) for which you decide to use the right of withdrawal
- The data on the type of payment
To obtain a refund of the consideration, the customer must, at his or her own expense, return the purchased products to the following address:

Refunds will be made only upon proper receipt of the goods through the procedure of reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.
In the latter case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code of the customer).
